Weight loss success is an elusive goal to reach. Most dieters have experienced losing weight only to regain it later and know how frustrating and demoralizing that can be. If you think about why you regain weight after successfully losing it, you will usually conclude that returning to old habits is the culprit. Permanent weight loss means making permanent change. Unfortunately, most dieters make temporary change, so their results are only temporary.
