I saw your interview with Carrie Lazurus 2-24 on 9WSYR in Syracuse. I'm going to give your tips a try. I've been to lose weight for a number of years now and haven't been too successful at it. I guess I just like to snack after dinner as that seems to be my downfall as I told my doctor.
She has told that 20lbs would a long way to controlling my diabetes, possibly even getting rid of it. I'm not to far overweight but even I feel I need to lose it....Thanks again

I agree with Dr. Scinta! It's a family issue to be sure. But what really drove me nuts was the CNN host kept calling Dr. S. "Wendy"! and the other Doctor was called Dr.!! That drives me nuts!! I call for a redo.
